When founding the Admissions process at Manara, I worked with our Developer to create a custom-made admissions system. This system reduced our FTE by two, and allowed my team to focus on the one-size-fits-one approach when working with families rather than getting caught in unnecessary repetitive work. Additionally, I have worked with global admission systems to modify the processes by which we would achieve the most efficient outcome.

Through the "Omer the Admissions Guy" series at King's Academy, we created a brand name known in many schools around the world. These videos increased our inquiries by 65% and our applications by 33%. This work continued at Manara School as I created my own scripts and videos that achieved wide attraction.

I've travelled for student recruitment to over 15 countries (China, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Morroco, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and the UK), and have achieved a considerable increase it the international student body from 35% to 40% in a school of 470 students.

The point that led me down this career path was the generosity of His Majesty, King Abdullah II of Jordan. I was privilaged to receive scholarships from the Royal Court of His Majesty for my education at Deerfield Academy and Williams College.
